Management
Steven D. Moore – President, CEO and Director
Steven D. Moore has more than 32 years of financial, operational, marketing and communication experience, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Moore began his career as a field engineer in Ventura, Calif. He held a number of other positions in the energy industry, including director of communication and strategic planning for Halliburton Company. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Sioux Sinnott – President – Bonanza Resources (Texas) Inc. and Director
Ms. Sinnott is president of Bonanza Resources Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BRS Resources Ltd. Ms. Sinnott has over 35 years of international oil and gas experience. Previously she was the president of Heartland Rig International (HRI) Inc., a global manufacturer of drilling rigs and equipment. Before founding HRI, she held positions at Arco Oil and Gas, Exxon Neftegaz Limited, Nimir Petroleum and Petrosakh USA. Her expertise is in project management and she attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Michael Noonan – CFO and Director
Mr. Noonan currently serves on the management team of Sky Petroleum, Inc., as well as Chief Financial Officer for BRS Resrouces Ltd. Mr. Noonan served in senior positions at Integrated Electrical Services, a $1.4 billion electrical services company, and Sterling Chemicals, a $1 billion manufacturer of commodity chemicals. He has gained experience with a variety of public entities on all the major exchanges including NYSE, Nasdaq and AMEX. He received a MBA from Athabasca University in Alberta, Canada, and a BA in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada and executive JD degree from Concord University School of Law.
Richard Green – Technical Advisor and Director
Mr. Green has over 36 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Mr. Green has been a director of LNG Energy Ltd. since August 2006. He was Senior Vice-President of LaRoche Petroleum Consultants Ltd., a private Texas oil and gas consulting corporation, prior to that. He has worked for Shell Oil Company and several independent oil companies and operated his own exploration and production firm from 1986 to 1993 Mr. Green is a graduate from Kansas State University with a BS degree in Geology and is a member of numerous professional societies. He is also an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist and Registered Geoscientist – Kansas and Texas.
David Russell – Director of Investor Relations/Corporate Communication
Mr. Russell has been performing investor relations and corporate finance duties for several companies since 1995, most notably serving for 10 years as the Director of Investor Relations for Ultra Petroleum Corp.

Byron Coulthard – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Coulthard has over 25 years in the financial industry and has helped companies raise over $100 million for public companies. Mr. Coulthard is a self-employed mangement consultant to public companies and has provided services in a variety of management and financial oversight roles. He has held senior executive positions and directorships and has an in-depth knowledge of securities markets, regulatory affairs and investor/public relations.
Richard Green – Director
Christopher Haga – Director
Mr. Haga is a portfolio manager at Carlson Capital, L.P. (“Carlson”), an asset-management firm based in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Haga, who joined Carlson in 2003, has 22 years of experience in public and private investing, investment banking and structured finance. His role at Carlson includes public and private investing in financial institutions, energy companies and special situations. Prior to Carlson, Mr. Haga held investment banking and principal investing roles at RBC Capital Markets, Stephens, Inc., Lehman Brothers (London) and Alex. Brown & Sons. Mr. Haga holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia.

James Wicklund – Director
Mr. Wicklund has been a portfolio manager at Carlson Capital, L.P., an asset-management firm based in Dallas, Texas, for the past four years, running an energy equity portfolio. He spent the preceding fifteen years as an equity research analyst covering the energy sector at Banc of America Securities, Rauscher Pierce Refsnes Inc. (now RBC Securities) and Eppler Guerin & Turner, prior to which he spent fifteen years working in the oil and gas industry globally for Sun Oil, Western Geophysical and two petroleum engineering companies. He graduated from Southern Methodist University, where he currently serves on the Board of Advisors of the Maquire Energy Institute at the Cox School of Business.
